DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Within INDIA)

We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

  • For Shoes:

    • We take 7-10Ā business days to get your shoes ready for shipment

    • Products in 'Ready to Ship' Collection or marked 'Xpress' can be shipped between ~5-7 business days.

    • For orders with customizations or urgent delivery requests, please check with customer support at +91-9147070698Ā or WhatsApp us.Ā 

  • For Accessories:

    • We take ~7-10 business days to get your order ready for shipmentĀ 

  • For COD orders, we do not offer urgent shipping even for products marked as 'Ready to Ship'. Delivery may take up to 7 more working days after shipment.

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, it takesĀ 3-5 business days

Note: Orders are not shipped and delivered on Sundays or public holidays. During peak bridal or festive seasons, slight delays may occur.Ā 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Shipping Charges: Most orders with order value above INR 15,000 will qualify for free shipping.

  • Dispatch Time: Timelines are similar to domestic shipments above.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery may take 7 - 10 business days post shipping

  • Custom Duties & Taxes:

    • All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning the products do not include import duties or taxes.

    • These charges, if levied, must be borne by the customer and paid at the time of delivery.

  • Courier Partners: We work with trusted international logistics partners like DHL and FedExĀ

INDIA: ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Only products delivered defective / damaged (to be verified using an unpacking video)Ā are eligible for returns with amount given as store-credit (net of discount).

Exchange requests are possible for sizing. This facility is available one-time only per order.

The return / exchange request should be initiatedĀ within 7 calendar days of delivery and the itemĀ must beĀ unused and returned with the original packaging and invoice.

For COD orders, if a product is RTO, amount paid at the time of booking will be considered forfeited.


INTERNATIONAL: ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

At this time, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for international orders due to customs and logistical constraints. Consult our detailed size chart orĀ WhatsApp us for guidance before the purchase.Ā

    All products from our ACCESSORIES Collections and ITEMS BOUGHT ON SALE / WITH OFFERS are not eligible for returns / exchangeĀ 


    HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

    To request a return or exchange:

    1. Email us at shreya@aroundalways.com or WhatsApp us on +91 91470 70698Ā 

    2. Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos / videos of the item, if relevant.

    Note: Reverse pickups are available in select serviceable areas. In other cases, customers may be required to self-ship their return to our studio (address here). The cost of returns shall be borne by us (in India) up to Rs. 100 per footwear. The return courier should reach us in 7 working days of shipping from your side. Upon receipt of the pair(s) and them qualifying for exchange, the requested new size will be sent within the next 7-10 working days. We will ship it to the original location of delivery.


    ORDER CANCELLATIONS

    • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided the item has not yet been shipped.

    • Any items ordered with add-on customisations (such as custom base colour) cannot be cancelled.

    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.


    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    Q: Do you ship across India?
    A: Yes! We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders. For COD, a nominal fee may apply.

    Q: Can I track my order?
    A: Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

    Q: How long will my order take to arrive after shipment?
    A: Within India, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. International deliveries typically take 7–15 business days after shipment depending on the location.

    Q: Do I have to pay customs for international delivery?
    A: Yes. Customs duties or taxes (if applicable in your country) are not included in your purchase and must be paid separately upon delivery.Ā 

    Q: What if I need my order urgently?
    A: We recommend contacting us before placing your order. For urgent bridal or event deliveries, we’ll do our best to prioritize dispatch or suggest express options where available.

    Q: I entered the wrong address - what can I do?
    A: Please email or WhatsApp us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll update the address. If it's already in transit, we’ll try to work with the courier to resolve it. For such cases, an additional charge, as levied by the courier partner, may apply to reroute the parcel.

    Q: My bridal shoes don’t fit. Can I exchange them?
    A: If your order meets our eligibility criteria and you’re within India, yes! We'll arrange for an exchange or offer store credit if the preferred size is unavailable.

    Q: Can I return customized footwear?
    A: Unfortunately, since customized pairs are made uniquely for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on such orders.

    Q: How will I receive my refund?
    A: Refunds are issued in the form of store credit, valid for 6 months and redeemable on any future order at www.aroundalways.com.Ā 

    Q: I placed an international order. What if it doesn’t fit?
    A: We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders. To avoid sizing issues, please consult our fit guide or contact us before placing your order.

    Q: Do you charge for return pickups?
    A: In select cities, we offer complimentary reverse pickups. If your area isn’t serviceable, we may request you to self-ship the item to our studio. Reverse shipping charges are covered until Rs. 100 per footwear.
