Shipping, Returns & Refunds - Terms of Service


We Ship Globally!
Go ahead and place your order or book an appointment with us for a Studio visit. We do our best to deliver your shoes at the earliest. Each pair of shoes and cushion covers are handcrafted using age-old techniques handed down through generations of craftsmen.

For Shoes:

  • If the shoes are in stock, we ship out the shoes within 10-15 business days. More often, the pieces are made to order.
  • If the shoes are not in stock, we take approximately 15-20 business days to get your shoes ready for shipment from the day the order is placed.
  • Customised shoes, including for sizes, are always made to order and follow their unique timelines. Please check with customer support at Contact Us before placing the order. Wtreat all pairs from our occasion wear range as custom made.
For Accessories:
  • If the accessories are in stock, we ship them within 2-3 business days. We will inform about availability upon receipt of the order
  • If the accessories are not in stock, we take approximately 7-10 business days to get your order ready for shipment from the day the order is placed.

We will share the tracking details against the order once they are successfully shipped.

  • For domestic orders, please allow up to 7 business days for your product to reach you from when you receive the tracking information.
  • For international orders, please allow up to 20 business days for your shoes to arrive from when you receive the tracking information.

In case of unforeseen circumstances or holidays, our customer care team will inform you as soon as possible about the expected delays. 

Shipping charges for India – FREE

Shipping charges for outside India - Please check for product pricing and shipping charges before placing order. As such, shipping is free for most of our heavy occasion footwear.

Note: Any Import duties applicable will be borne by the customer and Around Always will not be responsible for it.

Standard Returns (India)
If something is not right (damaged / incorrect product), please let us know immediately upon receiving the package, via email at along with an image / video highlighting the issue while unboxing. Our customer services team will get in touch with you within 2 business days. If the issue is confirmed, you can avail a credit note or seek replacement for the same product. 

Once the resolution is confirmed, please ship the product to AD-304, Sector-1, Saltlake, Kolkata – 700064, India. We will share the details of credit note on your correspondence email once we receive the product (to be received by us within 7 calendar days of delivery of original package to you).

Custom-made Order Returns (India)
Please note, custom-made products (wtreat all pairs from our occasion wear range as custom made) are not eligible for replacements / cancellations once collected. They can only be requested for repairs. Please check the product at the time of collection. We are happy to give you a trial fit at our Saltlake store for custom-made orders.

Remake of products are at the sole discretion of the customer services support and will be provided in exceptional circumstances only. Please note that we source our materials in small batches and materials are subject to availability. During the remake process, we will notify you if the same material is unavailable.

The cost of returns shall be borne by us (for within India shipping) up to Rs. 300. 


Products once sold / ordered cannot be refunded. Only replacement of product as per procedure mentioned above is allowed.

Items on sale/discount cannot be returned, replaced or refunded.



No returns, replacements or exchange can be done for outside India orders. The customer services team will confirm order acceptance within 2 business days of ordering. Thereafter, we will endeavour to provide images / videos of products during production or before shipping to help confirm product with respect to order. Upon dispatch by us, Around Always shall be absolved of any liability whatsoever for any damages or loss of product in transit or otherwise and the order will be treated as successfully fulfilled.
