How to Measure Your Foot Length

Prepare the Paper: Tape a sheet of paper onto a hard, flat surface to prevent it from slipping.
Position Your Foot: Stand on the paper with feet shoulder-width apart and weight evenly distributed. Place only the foot you’re measuring on the paper.
Mark the Points: With a pen or pencil held straight, mark the tip of your longest toe (usually the big toe) and the back of your heel. A friend or family member can help for more accuracy.
Measure the Length: Step off the paper and use a ruler or tape measure to find the distance between the heel and toe marks. This is your foot length.
Repeat for the Other Foot: It’s common for one foot to be slightly longer; always use the measurement from your longer foot when selecting shoe size.
Find Your Size: Compare your measurement to our size chart.

If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.

Our shoes reference standard Indian and European sizing and are true to size.
Men’s and women’s sizes differ by 1.5 sizes for the same foot length; women’s shoes are typically 1.5 sizes larger than men’s for corresponding foot measurements.

The sneaker wedges come with the traditional zardozi and pearl embroidery and a golden wedge heel. The red base for the bridal sneakers is the quintessential Indian bridal red. The heel is accentuated with a textured golden fabric to keep it subtle and royal.

The pair is photographed in 2" heel.

3 months warranty on stitching and pasting. No warranty on embroidery.

Our wedding shoes come in Indian/European sizing and are true to size.

In case you are in between sizes, follow this:

For open toe styles (bridal sandals, bridal wedges): For narrow feet select the smaller size; for broad feet select the bigger size,
For close toe styles (bridal mules, bridal bellies, bridal wedding sneakers): select the bigger size, i.e. if you are a size 36.5 select size 37.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship wedding shoes and accessories for brides and groom worldwide. Shipping is free within India, and for international orders, shipping charges are mostly included in the product price.

Are the colours/embroidery shown on website accurate?

Our custom footwear for couture lehengas are handmade and hand-embroidered usually. Please allow for minor variations in colour and embroidery as each piece is exclusively made to order. That said, no compromise on quality.

What is the exchange and return policy?

Since each pair of wedding shoes and accessories for bride is carefully handcrafted for unmatched comfort, we only offer size exchanges (up or down). We do not offer refunds. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

How do I place an order?

Can heel height be customized?

Yes, we offer customisation for heel height on our embellished wedding heels as follows:

Block Heels: 1" to 4"
Sneaker Wedges: 2" to 4"
Wedges: 1" to 6

No customisation is possible on the casual footwear range.

How can I track my order?

Once your wedding heels are dispatched, we’ll email you the tracking details along with the courier partner’s name.

If my feet are broad/flat will I be given a standard size?

For wedding heels and flats, we recommend choosing one size up if you have broad or flat feet.
