Standard Returns (India)
If something is not right (damaged / incorrect product), please let us know immediately upon receiving the package, via email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with an image / video highlighting the issue while unboxing. Our customer services team will get in touch with you within 2 business days. If the issue is confirmed, you can avail a credit note or seek replacement for the same product.
Once the resolution is confirmed, please ship the product to AD-304, Sector-1, Saltlake, Kolkata – 700064, India. We will share the details of credit note on your correspondence email once we receive the product (to be received by us within 7 calendar days of delivery of original package to you).
Custom-made Order Returns (India)
Please note, custom-made products are not eligible for replacements / cancellations once collected. They can only be requested for repairs. Please check the product at the time of collection. We are happy to give you a trial fit at our Saltlake store for custom-made orders.
Remake of products are at the sole discretion of the customer services support and will be provided in exceptional circumstances only. Please note that we source our materials in small batches and materials are subject to availability. During the remake process, we will notify you if the same material is unavailable.
The cost of returns shall be borne by us (for within India shipping) up to Rs. 500.
Products once sold / ordered cannot be refunded. Only replacement of product as per procedure mentioned above is allowed.
Items on sale cannot be returned, replaced or refunded.
No returns, replacements or exchange can be done for outside India orders. The customer services team will confirm order acceptance within 2 business days of ordering. Thereafter, we will endeavour to provide images / videos of products during production or before shipping to help confirm product with respect to order. Upon dispatch by us, Around Always shall be absolved of any liability whatsoever for any damages or loss of product in transit or otherwise and the order will be treated as successfully fulfilled.
