The straps provide some flexibility on one end to allow you to slip into the mules easily and then hold your feet in place. We also did not let the insole be the boring plain one.

3 months warranty on stitching and pasting. No warranty on embroidery.

Dab with a wet cloth to remove dirt and store in a dry place away from moisture to elongate life of the footwear.
